Daniel Schmitt & Co. Presents: 1989 Porsche 911 Silver Anniversary Edition Cabriolet

A must have for any serious Porsche collector, this 1989 Porsche 911 Silver Anniversary Cabriolet is the one that belongs among the most vaunted of all 911s. To commemorate the 25th year of the 911 in 1989, Porsche built 500 Silver Anniversary editions. Of those, 300 were coupes and 200 were cabriolets, with 60 coupes in Satin Black Metallic and only 40 in Satin Black Metallic - making this particular model the most rare and desirable for both color and body style. All Silver Anniversary editions received all leather interiors and nearly every available factory option as standard. But anniversary editions also received some exclusive items such as an all leather center console with an outside temperature gauge, front and rear spoilers, supple leather interior, and shorter gear shift. This car is in particularly remarkable condition, with an un-dyed original leather seats, all original serial number tags on the original body panels, and only 38,142 original miles. This was the last year for this body style and the rugged G50 transmission and legendary 3.2-liter flat-six only contribute to the desirability of this very special 911. With such rarity, exclusive options, and original condition, this 1989 Porsche 911 Silver Anniversary
